Good Morning, Good Afternoon and Good evening to some.
I want to take a moment to thank everyone that shared the info about the Mothers Day Special we just ran . It was a great success and I look forward to seeing what so many that jumped on this deal can do with the plan they were given.
For future reference, we will be doing something very similar to this for Fathers Day. Be on the lookout for a blog post letting you know when this will happen.
Now onto the object of the post......
Nobody
can force you to do anything in life, especially not what to eat and
how to eat or how hard you should go in the gym. This decision has to be
your own, you have to want this for yourself and nobody else.
You
may have supporters, but you can't always count on them to be there to
push you to do this or that. You control your intake of foods, you
control what you do with your body in the gym.
There isn't a reason
to try to blame someone or something that you are thinking caused you
to fall off the track that leads to your goals.
We all go
through things in life that may cause us to get down and yes, these
things can effect your workouts, it can cause you to miss a meal here
and there and that's all part of life and you certainly can't do
anything about it but you have to pick yourself
up immediately and dust yourself off and get back on track, especially
with the meals. The workouts are not nearly as important as the meals
are.
I say this all the time and it's true, eating is 80% of how you progress, many of you can probably see that now.
This is a post I put up on facebook today, some of you have already saw this but from the feedback I got , I think it is something that more than a few people should be reminded of.
Thank you all for reading and sharing...
