Fit Tips: Hamstring Training : How To Squat in multiple Positions:

Hello Everyone,

We are now posting several training tips via youtube onto our youtube account at

In these 2 videos, we show how to perform the regular barbell squat, sumo squat and front barbell squat.

In the 2nd video , we give you tips on ways to better target the hamstrings by doing a lying leg curl and good morning on a hack squat machine.
