  2. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com?

I've been losing weight on my own by reading and learning all that I can but now I'm just skinny fat after losing 45lbs now. I just pushed my husband to do his first bodybuilding contest after he returned from 7 mo. deployment. He won 1st place in mens open. He has the gentics and I dont plus I have had kids. I've got rid of the baggy skin with surgery but now I want that hard muscule body I've been dreaming for. After having my 1st child so young, Ive never really know what my body would look like fit. I'm 29 now. 5'6" and 141lbs. I know a contest would give me that extra push for a deadline that I need.

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks?

This has been a long life promise to my kids and I to eat as clean as we can. Always looking for new ways to eat clean. My 12 yr old girl even has made a impact on me to by choosing to eat clean all on her own for over a year now. I dont want to let myself down or anyone else.

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?

I started to lose the baby weight in 2008 on my own by eating 1200-1500 calories a day and doing alot of cardio. I paided for a trainer for my husband because he can get results fast and easy. Plus he shares what he learns with me and we go to the gym about 4-5times a week together. He trains me somewhat or pushs me I should say...so Im not lost in the weight room. But as far as eating right we are clueless. I can cut calories but I dont know about carbs and protein ect. I want to have big nice muscles not be skinny.

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble?

Michelle Booher....I think. She has wonderful shape. Yes, I like the results Ive seen and thats why this means so much to me. I really need to learn what to eat and what work out is best for me. I believe in you. Please give me a shot.

I'm on bodyspace with progress pictures user name myjoshsangel

  3. I have been training for the past 14 months and I saw great progress until the end of January 2010. I did a lot of my own research to lose approximately 70 lbs (my before and after pictures are currently posted on bb.com, I am danianne. I have been researching to try and continue making gains; I have looked to Oxygen magazine and have tried more of a fitness, rather than figure, training type approach and I feel like I am getting "soft". I need guidance!
I know many people that have made progress with your plan, Kara and Wanda from bb.com and an old high school pal, KcKenzie. Of the people on your web page, Kara and I have the most simliar overall goals.
I have been working so hard and I just need a little guidance to make me look super hot!!

    1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com?

I don't believe I deserve anything free, that is not to say I do not want this plan for free. I get so discouraged from trying what I read from other people and what people tell me and nothing seems to work. I got so upset at my negative gains two years ago that I gave up and decided I can start up later and do it right. Well I started again and as a college student who needs every dollar to count, I want to do it right this time and I would love to do it right with your help. Getting this free would be an honor, not something that I deserve for free.

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks?

Because I know with your help and your plan, that I can get the results that I am looking for. I am looking to make a lifestyle change not only a change to the way I look. I want to look and feel the difference in my life, and the only way to do that is to start out right and keep myself from getting frustrated. I know that this program will only be the start of my transformation but it will be a strong start!

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?

I have currently been working out for 2 months and I just don't know what is best for me. I have been doing things wrong for the entire two months when I thought I was doing everything that I needed to be doing. Steve was actually the one who pointed out to me that what I was doing wasn't going to work for me. So knowing that now, I want to know what I should be doing.

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble?

I think the results from the current team are exactly what I am looking for. The results are amazing and very inspiring! I personally think I would want my results to look like Michael Ulisse's results. I can see where he came from in his journey and where he is now and I can see many similarities between his story and my own. I am 6 foot 5 inches tall and I have always been "the fat guy", and I feel like if I get this I would be starting out at the same point he started!

  5. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com?
    - I have gained over 30 pounds since college and I am not used to being so heavy and I want to lose weight, feel great about myself and my body and also learn to EAT again. I was a cheerleader in high school so I was 100 pounds and eating whatever I wanted which is why I really need to learn how to eat again.

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks?
Because I am sick of being the size I am and I am tired of feeling tired all the time I want more energy, and i want to CHANGE.

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?
My current plan isn't working becuase I haven't seen results and the food is bland and I LOVE FOOD... Nutrisystem for about 2 months..

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble?
YES!! I love it!!!! Heather Rawlins FOR SURE is who I think I resemble her the most from our body shapes and I want to look like her as the end result!!!

  6. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com?
As a young professional I work with victims of violent crime, which unfortunately doesnt pay the best wages. One of my co-workers got on your plan and I've seen amazing results and would love to see something like that. I have always competed in various forms of sport and I miss the challenge of pushing myself to new heights.

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks?
I am a highly motivated and dedicated individual and after seeing the results that Heather has achieved I am even more so. I know that with anything in life, success requires sacrafice and I am more than ready to do so for my health.

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?
I have been working out regularly for the past 10 years. I have seen some great gains when I worke dout 6 times a weak and took suplements, but now my old routine is boring me. I would like a new workout to help me get back into the swing of things and make working out challenging and fun again.
    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members?
YES! I work with Heather and she has been a real inspiration. I would love to see some of the results she has shown and prove my friends wrong.. since they say i cant bulk up and lean out at the same time. Thanks! -Justin E Lehr

  7. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com?
A- I feel I am the perfect person to follow you plan because I am driven to get back in shape. My whole life I worked out because of sports or because I wanted to look good when I went out so I could get noticed by girls. Now I am engaged and my priorities have changed. My current pictures posted on body space were just before I met my girl. I was around 185 and felt great. Now I am 220 and a feel like a fat slob. Since meeting my girl I have got lazy and to comfortable we live together and she is Italian and loves to cook, she doesn’t care if I look like a bodybuilder or not she loves me for me. I would love nothing more than be back in shape and lose 40-50 pounds before our wedding with is 9/24/11. I know with your help it will give me a kick in the ass to push myself. I promise to follow your plan and diet and let you knowledge lead me into an awesome transformation.

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks?
A- I want to prove to myself that I can get back into shape. I want to be back in size 32 jeans and not 38’s and most of all I want to feel good about myself on my wedding day.
    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?
A- I am currently a member of plant fitness here in Pa. I have never been this fat and really don’t know how to lose this extra weight. I use to always be lean and lifted for size now I’m lifting to be fit and lean. I go to the gym around twice a week and do cardio for about 30 minutes and jump around on the different machines trying to keep little rest in between my sets. I need some structure to my workout and diet. Like I said before I have never have to lose weight before.
    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble?
Answer- Hands down Mike U, I would love to be that lean. I was never that lean and ripped before and would love to see my pop like him.

  8. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com?

I have seen Stevep78 on bb.com for the first time a year ago and I wish I had signed up for the plan back then, it is now a year after trying multiple approaches to diet and exercise and although my efforts have not gone to waste, I do believe my progress would have much better been served if I had been on a specific plan from a certified trainer such as Stevep78.

I deserve the plan because I am willing to put in pain everyday to prove to anyone who is still a non-believer that supplements help that little bit but it is nutrition and training that play 90% in the battle.
Lastly, playing the sympathy card, after my ACL surgery anniversary on March 10th, I wanna prove to the people that have had prior injury problems that a better body and great health are achievable with the right attitude and the right mind set regardless of health history.

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks?

I have invested over $2000 throughout this last year in building my home gym by buying a power rack, leg press machine/hack squat machine, bench, weights, multiple attachments and just this past sunday a Spinning bike for my cardio. I have also been training over the last 2 years consistently and am looking for something proven from someone who knows the small things that will give me big results.

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?

Like I mentioned above, I have been training for 2 years now, I did have a break for lower body for half a year around the time of my ACL operation but have since June 2010 been working out my whole body, concentrating on getting my legs back to soccer playing shape. My goal is to getting a lean hard body and the coveted six pack, something that stevep has and something I crave very much, with strict dieting and training over the course of the last 2 years my bodyfat has not reached below 14.5% and that was also the point that my progress has started stalling.

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble?

I love the results I saw from the group of people on fitnesspoynters.com.
the 3 people that I can mention right off the bat would be Charlotte, Heather aka Irondiva83 who is also my inspiration member @bb.com and Mike aka Mikecellucor who is also a great buddy of mine on bb.com and has also given me the opportunity to log the awesome products that steve also talks about in Cellucor.

I want to be the next big transformation on steve's website and I want to be a part of the Team spoynter success members. I believe I am the right candidate and I will give my all to accomplish my goals via your meal and training plan.

Thank you very much for this generous opportunity.

    Ripnlean aka, Tek

  9. 1. I deserve a free plan because money is tight right now and I would love to see my abs for the first time in my life. I've been trying hard for so long and I think I finally deserve it. I've recently went from 140 to 175 and it's time for a change.
    2. I'll follow it because I've been dedicated to working out for a long time and have recently gained some weight and got hooked.
    3. I've been training for two years and I feel like my current program isn't working because my cutting diet and exercise has not been lowering my weight.
    4. The results you give are insane. I want results like Mike Ulisse

  10. I think I deserve to win the free plan because I have an almost 1 year old at home and I really want to see him grow up. I've been heavy all my life, even when I played hockey and football in high school. I was a flabby 185lbs at my best. Since high school, I haven't really worked out much until recently. I put on 30 or so pounds in college as an engineering major and it's just snowballed since then, up to a high of 286 this year. I lost some of it before my wedding to weigh in around 230 doing Atkins, but no working out. I had a gym membership at my last job, but it lapsed when I changed jobs. I currently do have a membership to the LA Fitness around the corner from my home. I sit behind a desk all day long and it shows. I'd like to get back to the point where I can play hockey again without dying on the ice. I want my son to know me. I don't want him to grow up without a dad because I didn't take care of my body and I have a heart attack.

I think that if I see consistent results and the meal plan keeps me from being hungry all the time, I could easily stick with this program. I live down the street from the gym, so getting there isn't a big problem and with the added pressure of showing you results, the motivation to keep going should stick.

I started with the Body for Life challenge when I joined LA Fitness a year ago. I switched to Stronglifts 5x5 and saw great gains in my lifts until I threw my back out in November. I didn't go back until January and after losing everything I worked for, my lifts have all been going up. While I like Stronglifts, I think that I need something more structured with some accountability. There is no meal plan or anything. I think having an added benefit of someone telling me what and when to eat will help keep me on the straight and narrow.

I like the results I see, but I really wish you had some more men that need to really lose weight. But, if I had to choose, I guess Jason Larson would be something like I'd want to resemble.

  11. My name is brittany harris and I heard about this site because someone in my family is constantly posting their results on their facebook and are looking better then ever. I am a 20 year old college student who has atleast an 2 hour free period eachday ( and.or) night to work out but don't. I have tried so many workout plans that require you to eat what seems like nothing compared to what your body is supposed to take in and I have constantly battled with a yoyoing weight ever since I was younger. I am more then willing to post pictures of my updated body as we go along. I AM DESPERATE!! for a workout plan that actually works and keeps my fat off. I'm tiered of workouts that promise results that dont show the way they should. I am aware nothing happens over night but I am determined to get this pudge off. I know I have a sexy body underneath and am dying to feel comfortable in my own skin and have the bonus of getting the energy that comes along with it. And am ABSOLUTLY tiered of thinking I am working out the correct way with no results I am in no way a specialist in this area, and personal trainers are to expensive. I want something I can do with the help of another yet something that pushes me to do it on my own and I can be proud of. I am the heaviest girl out of all my friends and hate taking pictures sucking in my stomach to make me look smaller or croping my face for my picture because I can't stand the way my body looks. I want to wear a bikini for once in my life besides remembering when i was 3 and a skinny mini before i actually started to grow.. PLEASE HELP I NEED & WANT THIS, my email is queenb82789@yahoo.com and Ihave also just requested you on facebook... hope to hear from you soon and receieve some good help to my success.

  13. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com? I deserve the free plan and workout because of my dedication and motivation. I am always asking questions and reading articles on bodybuilding.com to gain more knowledge. No matter how many times I fall, I get back up. I've never quit. I fought through my cancer. Now I'm fighting through naysayers.

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks? I'm tired of being fat, tired, sick and unhappy. All I've been asking for is someone to help me. I'm motivated and ready to get the ball rolling.I've tried doing it on my own. Still no results. Just a little pound here and there.
I'm in the gym four days a week and it feels like I'm running on a hamster wheel.

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you? I've been training for about six weeks now. I believe my plan isn't working because I don't have guidance. I'm not sure what I'm doing.

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble? Charlotte Quillen

  14. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com? I only deserve this gift if you are looking for a soldier in the fight for fitness. I love the gym to the point my finacee thinks I am obsessed. I am waiting to come home and be greeted with an intervention with her and my unfit friends trying to talk me into an unfit lifestyle. I used to be a triathlon guy, and was actually training for an Ironman when I found my spinal condition and I was forced to stop. Since my surgery I have done my best trying to get back into Tri's but have encountered lots of pain and have been unable to re-enter the sport. I am now focused on a healthy lifestyle that includes my gym time and meal plan. It has always been difficult for me to gain muscle without gaining a lot of fat. Then when I try to cut the fat I lose the muscle. I am worse than most yo-yo dieters and it is getting frustrating. I need this before I give up.

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks? As I mentioned above, most of my friends and specifically my finacee think there kis something wrong with me and they call my gym time, "my obsession". I currently workout 6 days a week, sometime twice a day. The only reason I take time off is when I push to hard and hurt my back. In the last year this has happened about 5 times and I missed, maybe 15 lifting days off becasue of that. Just to show you a little of my dedication, last February when we went to Cabo for a week, I found a gym and worked out 5 of those 7 days. Rudo's Gym in Cabo is great if you are ever there.

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you? My surgery was in Dec. of 2005. I was released to start working out in September of 2006. I am not sure why my plan doesn't work. I think part of it is when I am gaining I eat a lot of everything to gain weight and when I go to cut I cut out 99% of the bad stuff and eat very clean. I think if I found a good balance of fat content and the amount of food I eat maybe I can get the results I want but I am not sure how do to that without wasting more time. I would rather turn to a professional and get even better results than I ever expected.

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble?
All of the team members look amazing! I have used some of the BodyBuilding.com profiles for motivation in the past. I would take any of the guys results but I would like to stay a little bigger than most of the ones I've seen. I am currently 6'1" 215lbs. Proportionally I think I am good but I would like to have the abs of Steve or Michael while maintaining a weight of about 220 to 230.

I can promise you if you award me this gift I will not let you down. I will work harder than anyone to get the results. I am now frustrated and stuck in a bit of a rut due to my lack of knowledge on how to reach the goals I have set. With your help I am confident that I can get there and would love to be a part of your team in the future.

Thank you for this oppertunity and have a great day.

  15. 1. I don't "deserve" to have a free plan from you but I would like one for sure.

    2. You should believe I would follow the plan b/c I have already shown some good discipline as outlined on my bodyspace profile: http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/jscaggs/

    3. I have been training for 6 months as of the upcoming March 19th. So far my plans have been working but I'm ready to take things to the next level and would like some expertise.

    4. I guess Chris has the results that would most resemble what I'm looking for. My goal is to get to 200 lbs at 7% by the end of the year. Check my bodyspace for current stats.

  16. Dear Selection Committee,
I may have already submitted my entry, but I'm not sure my post went through the first time so I'm going to reply one more time. Please bear with me if you already received my previous response.
I became a mother for the first time four months ago and currently I am finishing up my graduate degree. I have found motherhood to be extremely rewarding, but challenging to balance all of life's demands including taking care of myself. Despite the challenges I am facing with managing my time I have been diligent and carved out time each week to workout at the gym, but am lacking an organized plan to meet my goals. I am extremely motivated to lose the rest of my baby weight and if I were to follow a plan created by Steve I will be in better shape than before I became pregnant; which is my ultimate goal!
I've been weight training for nine years, but have only recently started lifting heavy and eating clean. My results have been slow and I have hit a plateau with my weight loss. What I'm doing is no longer working and I am in desperate need of a workout overhaul and this is why I'm entering this contest.
I find Charlotte(beautifulgrace) to be so inspirational! I stumbled upon her profile add in Oxygen magazine for bodybuilding.com and thought if she had a baby and looks this great now so can I!
Thank you for your kind consideration!
