We don't put you on strict , ridiculous diets, we put you on healthy meal plans, we give you multiple options to choose from so that you don't have to eat the same thing day in and day out.
We give you recipe ideas so you don't have to eat "bland" foods.
We are constantly coming up with new ways to prepare foods to make them taste as good as possible.
We don't use organic foods, we don't have you going out shopping for ridiculous items. Everything I suggest can be found at almost any grocery store.

Never worked out, it's no problem, I set you up on a light workout, sending you pics showing you exactly what to do.
You advanced? That's cool. I can put you on a workout I guarantee you that you have never done .
I design all workouts myself. I use them for a minimum of 12 weeks before I start putting them out.
Some I use for up to 16 weeks because progress is always coming .

These are 2 inserts talking about our supplement usage and how we prep it up the night before so we save time in the mornings and all we have to do is grab and go.

The  other vid is clips from her leg training at 11.5 weeks out, we take you through some things and talk about why she does this or that for some of her movements.

It's motivating me and I am the one recording , my motivation is always high so it can do a lot for someone looking for an extra push.
Workout tips, workout clips. Nutrition tips, tiny things I'll explain during the workouts to help take you to a new level.
Later this week, we go through her leg workout and we'll be discussing her supplement usage as of the next few weeks.

Very Excited to be Working with such a Motivated Individual... Need Motivation: Read this.

I can't say how excited I am to be working with her, she has an amazing personality, she seems as though she will be unbreakable during this new life altering journey.

It's not often I get a feeling like this but the past couple times I have, the result has been mind blowing to say the least.

So the journey is beginning, stay tuned to watch what happens.

Yes, this is TRUE about the scale BUT when you are over 200lbs and just 5'3", that number on the scale should NOT be over 200 lbs (even with muscle)....at least for me. Thus, why I'm currently obsessed with the scale. When I hit about 170/180, I won't care at all anymore about the scale but until then- that number means a lot. It reflects my time in the gym working out and eating right until I'm below 200. It shows my progress in the right direction. It holds me accountable. It keeps me motivated. At least that is how it is for me. To each it's own right?!?! I just see a lot of you tell me "not to worry about the scale" so I thought I would explain why I do"

Congrats To Team Poynter at the Kentucky State Show..

Good Evening or Morning.

Most of you may know by now if you follow us on Facebook or Instagram.

For those of you who do not know, well, it was a great weekend for our competitors, including myself.
We sent 8 competitors to this show, all primed and ready to do damage.

The competitors are as follows:
Chase Napier: Physique

Myka Clark: Bikini
Morgan Marcum: Bikini
Heather Sims: Bikini

Karen Matti: Figure
Brittany Barr: Figure
Betty Tuohy: Figure

Myself: Bodybuilding

Between us 8 , we brought home a total of 16 trophies.
Very unheard of. We came to do damage and damage is what we did indeed.
Very proud of everyone for your accomplishments.

A video will be posted soon  and all of you will be receiving a special thanks and given props on what has been accomplished.

I'm looking forward to the future with you guys as well as many new potential competitors.
