  1. I learned from an early age that hard work and dedication always pays off. I spent 12 years of my life as a competitive figure skater. I know that to be the best, you have to train with the best.
As my life has progressed, I have gotten married and have gone threw two pregnancy and two miss carriages, my body is far from my skating days.
I started lifting weights in June 2009. So far in my Journey, I have lost a total of 30 lbs. I have not really been on any set plan. I am just been doing my thing. I am really into spinning and I spin 3-4 times a week. Thou my journey is far from over, I am making small steps in the right direction.
The person I admire the most on your web sight is Charlotte. I would like my transformation to be very similar to hers. I am a very hard worker. I know then next step in my journey is not going to be easy, but I am ready for the challenge. " Now is the time for change".

  2. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com?

I haven't always been fat, but I've never really been in shape either. I got pregnant at a young age and not knowing better I ate like I was feeding 10 people. I put on 80 pounds during my pregnancy that I never managed to lose. I am ashamed to admit I put on an additional 60 pounds in the 14 years that my son was born. I am more than twice the size I was before I got pregnant. If that doesn't make me want to cry, I don't know what does. But this isn't all "pity me, pity me" - I deserve this opportunity, because I deserve to be the best that I can be. I've spent the last fourteen years giving and giving to others meanwhile I'm ignoring myself. My health, my happiness and my future. I've come to realize recently in order to give the most of myself, I need to be my best self. I can't help others, be there for my son, or perform my job to my best when I'm too tired because I'm out of shape and exhausted all the time. So help me be the best - I deserve this opportunity.

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks?

I'm going to be honest. I will probably want to quit after day three. And then I'll look in the mirror and see how unhappy I am or I'll put my jeans and realize that if I don't keep going I'm just going to end up in a larger size pair of pants. And then after a week or two, I'm going to see small changes. I'll be a little be stronger and maybe a little bit smaller. And after a few more weeks I'll notice my jeans are bigger and then it'll become addictive. I will, with your help, have set in motion a snowball effect that can't be stopped. I'm not going to quit. It's as simple as that.

    3. How long have you been training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?

I have been working out (I'd hardly call it training) for years. I spend most of my time on a treadmill or elliptical. I know that it's not working for me because I'm not really following a plan. I do what I feel and don't follow a plan. I need the guidance and discipline of a taylored to me and my needs.

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble?

The before and after pictures that are listed are amazing. I have visited fitnesspoynters.com after seeing some posts from a current member on Facebook. I was astounded by the transformations then. I feel like I most related to Traviesa Haber. Her change seems to be the most dramatic and would be a great place for me to start. Ultimately I would like to have similar results to Jacqueline, Heather Rawlins or Charlotte Quillen.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  3. 1. I feel that I deserve this plan because I need something to help me lose all this baby weight/since I met my husband weight. I am 6 feet tall and weigh almost 200 pounds. I have been going to the gym and have been trying to eat better but it's just not working. I need something to jump start my weight loss/fat burning and I think the psychotic plan would do just that. I am more motivated than ever to start!

    2. I WILL NOT QUIT! I am so tired of looking in the mirror everyday and not being happy with the way I look. It's depressing. I want to feel pretty and I want to feel sexy. Right now I don't. I have never been comfortable with myself and I think I deserve to be confiedent.

    3. I have been going to the gym off and on since my son was born. I joined the gym when he was 3 weeks old. I need someone to push me and I need a meal plan... I am so horrible with eating. I need some discipline. I need someone to help me with what I should eat. I ran in my first race before Thanksgiving. I didn't do very well at all but it was my first race and I was very proud of myself. I did a 5k and it took me 38 minutes. I would like to do it again next year in 25. If you could help me I would be forever greatful.

    4. I thought it was awesome and it made me jealous looking at all the success stories on your page. I just cant stop looking and reading all of the stories...I've even talked to my husband about it and got him wanting to sign up! He's in a whole lot better shape then I am. He's in the Army but cant seem to get any definition. I think all of the girls and guys look great but I can't stop looking at Charlotte. She looks amazing and her old body is similar to mine. Mine is worse obviously being 6 feet tall and almost 200 pounds. You have your work cut out for you Steve! But I'm 100 percent ready to start so I hope I get picked!

  4. I feel I deserve a free plan from fitness poynters because I feel I can truly benefit from this experience. I currently attend Shelton University in Alabama where I play baseball. As you all know a college students life can be rough, and the demand for constant practice drains even more out of a student than anything. Throughout my life I have truly excelled at baseball and am constantly looking for new programs and/or innovative ways to keep myself in shape, or to improve on every aspect of my game. Living away from my true home in Pennsylvania, I use nutrition and exercise as my escape. I have had a wide variety of experience in training from strength, to endurance, to the use of several plyometric techniques, all of which I feel will benefit me in completing a personalized plan with truly phenomenal results. If given this opportunity I would be dedicated and complete said workouts and follow said nutrition guidelines established by the program. I am a very dedicated person in everything I do, but the one thing that takes priority overall is my training and nutrition, so I am ready to do what it takes. Thanks again for this outstanding opportunity.

  5. - I cant say that i deserve to have the free plan by i can say that it is a program that i would thoroughly enjoy. Since i came across body-space the other day i have found quit a few people who have nothing but amazing story's about their results.

    - You can believe that the plan is something ill follow through with because in the past year of my own personal gym regiment. I have come to feel that working out and exercising has become more than just a chore or a job I do to look better, its something i enjoy. My time to myself, just Me and the i pod. All in all something I do that make me feel good about my self.

    - I first started going to the gym 4 years ago while i was deployed to Iraq. From my return to the united stated the gym was never far from my mind but i could never find the motivations to be consistent with any kind of workout schedule or plan. My wife and i decided to have a child by the time my son was born i found my self 5'9 and almost 212lbs. That is when i decided i didn't want my son to have one of those fat sloppy looking dads. I wanted my boy to have a dad he could look up to. I have been in the gym since my son was born i have dabbled with cross fit and a bunch of other work out plans and would say that the only thing hindering my progress is knowledge and the right direction.

    - I would have to say i like the results of Mike Ulisse. His before pictures look closes to my physique as of this moment. I would like nothing more than to look even half as good as he does in his eight week photo.

  6. hello ,
thanks steve for giving an apportunity for grabbinga plan. I will give answers to your questions.
Ans 1 . In my country Pakistan there is no future of Bodybuilding even our gyms are consist of small rooms and of limited machines...People just take a taste of Bodybuilding then leave it because they get to know this is not a piece of Cake.
I am 22 years old fat boy I have done what people told me I follow that techinques ans still following but vain.I need a good advice of a personal trainer.
I have no facility of taking personal trainers and give them their expensive.I simply cannot afford.
That is why i need a good plan. And I think i am needy of this and I deserve this.
Ans2.Yes, I will follow this plan for the whole life until in get results because i want to be model I have given myself 25 years old reach that goals and I can do anything for this If someone says in the plan That you have to be starving I would follow it because I know I dont have too much time.
Moreover, I want make Bodybuilding as my profession so it is useless to say that I will quite after 2 weeks.
Ans 3 . I have been working for 8 months get my body burst at the gym but it is still not working because I have not such plan that would give me rocking plans.

  7. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com? The reason why I believe I deserve the free meal plan is because I want to see change in my body. All my life since I can remember I have been overweight. At the age of 10 I weighed nearly 250 lbs and was very obese. It was not until I got to high school that I got in a diet and lost a lot of weight however I had no clue what I was doing. I have never in my life been as serious nor determined as I am right now that’s how bad I want this! I need this plan to prove to everyone that anything in life can be done as long as you put your mind to it and give it your all .

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks? I am NOT the type to give up. Anything I set my mind to is and will be accomplished. I have been very successful to reaching all my goals and have not failed yet, I just need some good guidance to get the body I want to get. I currently hit the gym minimum of 5 days a week and I sometimes throw in a 6th day to get inn some cardio. I have kept this routine for the last 9 months without ever breaking my regimen. I also give it my 100% when it comes to nutrition. I take it very seriously I only allow myself to 1 cheat meal ever 2 weeks. I want to see my body change so bad that their will never be a dought in your mind that I am slacking or not following your program to the T if not I would not be wasting YOUR time nor mines. If you want someone who is going to give it their all then please pick me you will not regret it. I have a lot of passion for lifting as well as dedication.

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?
I have been training for about 9 months now. My start weight was 200lbs and now I am at exactly 236. I have been training hard every day 5 X a week. I currently do one body part per day and lift as heavy as I can go. I have seen some great improvements in my body since I have started at 200lbs in which I looked like a skinny FAT guy since my diet was all wrong and all I lost was muscle. I have gained 36 lbs over the 9 month course and have gotten some decent size however with a lot of unwanted fat. I have hit a plateau in my training and no longer see any change in my body. I’ve tried adjusting my diet to start cutting and I have not been successful I can’t manage to get anywhere under 235 no matter what I do. What I need and want is your Bad A$$ psychotic fat destruction plan to get me above and beyond my plateau and achieve the body I have always dreamed off having and that I know I can achieve with your guidance .

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble? All of the results from your team members are incredible! When I saw these transformations I said to myself what I need in my life is Steve Psychotic fat destruction plan. If I had to pick one transformation from your testimonial page it would have to be John AKA flyboyjustice's on Bodyspace. I have been following John through his journey which has been an amazing one. He has motivated me in so many different ways because I once was over weight as well. After he started your plan I was shocked to see how ripped he was getting so quickly it was unbelievable how he was dropping fat and what John accomplished through your plan is exactly what I want to do so please give me the opportunity to show you that I have what it gots to step up to the plate and take your challenge on your extreme plan.

    Thanks for everything Steve

  8. I deserve this free plan because I am ready to challange myself and change my lifestyle to be healthy and fit. My only son is now 12 years old and although I lost the baby weight a long time ago as the years have passed I have gained it all back (and then some...). I got married a little over a year ago and my husband and I found out we are not able to have more children...so I am ready mentally to get back into shape and live a healthy life...I just need this jumpstart!

I intend to follow this plan and not quit because I have the mental focus and am more than ready to dedicate myself to Team Poynter! I am done with being embarrassed about how I look and not having the energy like I used to. I need to do this!

I haven't been doing any "training", but have spent the last three months doing a lot of research on nutrition, fitness and bodybuilding. I started with tweaking my diet to cut out sugars and carbs and started with moderate cardio and have since lost 11 pounds, but now know I need more direction and guidance to kick it into high gear to blast this fat and gain lean muscle in the process!

I am amazed by the results from current Team Poynter members and cannot wait to see mine up there! :) I would love for my results to resemble Charlotte and/or Heathers...to really slim down my waistline, lift the booty and gain overall lean muscle and toning.

Choose Me! I cannot wait to get started!! :)
    Thanks
    KHrabe

  10. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com?

I think I deserve to have the free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com because I believe I have what it takes to stick with the program and finish it. I was to transform my body into a lean, mean, fitness machine. I want to feel and look better than I ever have, and help inspire other people to do the same. I want to be someone who can motive others to do the program.

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks?

I would not quit because I have already been doing a 12-week program I found on bobdybuilding.com. It was my first time setting a goal at the gym. The program was a good one to start but I want to step up the program and really go into the gym and see what I can accomplish. I believe if I had help and a program made to fit me I would excel.

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?

I have been on my current training program for 12-weeks total but had to take two weeks off since I got sick. I have since returned to the gym to complete my remaining two weeks. The plan I am not is not working because it is the same workout for the whole 12-week duration. There is no change except for weight and reps.

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble?

I think the results of the Team Poynter members are fantastic! I would like to resemble Charlotte the most. I would like to get my legs smaller and leaner. Developing abs would be awesome too!

  11. I started out a little over one year ago at 182 pounds on my 5'3" frame. I joined Weight Watchers and with diet alone dropped 53 pounds, but still had zero muscle tone. My husband was an avid gym goer and tried to get me to lift with him for years and I always told him "I didn't want to get bulky", he told me time and time again that I wouldn't but I didn't believe him. After almost a year and a half break from the gym my husband returned after major back surgery and finally convinced me to go with him... I love it. If I had only believed him back then. I love the way I feel when I lift and the effect it has on me. My husband pointed me in Steve's direction because he admits to knowing very little about cutting and diet, (he's naturally lean and bulking comes easy and without fat to him), and he knows that the results that Steve can give me will be better than he can. I'm ready to take my training to the next level and lose this last bit of nasty fat. I won't quit on the plan because I've already shown over a year of strict dedication to my diet and with my husband being my training partner failure is not an option. The woman I have seen on the testimonials page, (and all the woman Steve has helped on Bodyspace.com), all have shown amazing results but I think my favorite and the one that most closely resembles me now, and what I want to be is Heather Rawlins. Pick me for this and I'll be a testimonial worth showing for sure :).

  12. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com?

I would love to be chosen for a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com. While my weight loss journey has been successful, having maintained a loss of 40+ pounds since 2005, I have yet to achieve the results I desire so desperately. After college I found myself 5’2” and 175 pounds. A poor diet and no exercise had left me in a tight size 14, depressed and shut down to the world. In August 2005 I don’t know what came over me but I decided to drop the sodas and count calories. I turned to Calorie King (you can find me in their success stories and often times as the banner on the Join Now page) and dropped 59 pounds by January 2006. Little did I know that eating too little and not watching macros or focusing on weight training had left me “skinny fat”.

For the last 4 years I have done various workout routines using workout DVDs such as P90X, Cathe Friedrich and others and I continue to count calories. I am stronger but still soft. I read the Bodybuilding.com boards but so much information is conflicting! I don’t know what plan to follow, how many calories to consume, what macros, etc. I know I’m the queen of willpower and commitment I just need to know what to do!

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks?
Did I mention I’m the queen of willpower? It’s all about mindset and self-talk. Tom Vento has a great chapter on goal setting in his ebook Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. I follow those principles with my self-talk, keeping my conversations positive and in the present tense. “I eat healthfully”. “I wake up early to do cardio”. “I can lift 25’s on these curls”. I haven’t quit in 4 years so why would I quit now?

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?
As you’ve probably gathered from my answers to the previous two questions I’ve been exercising since August 2005. I never really lifted “heavy” or even “semi-heavy” until I did my first round of P90X in the fall of 2007. I did another round in the fall of 2008, Cathe Friedrich’s STS in the spring of 2009 and I’m doing my third round of P90X currently. I realize that workout DVD lifting isn’t ideal. I simply have no idea what to do without following someone, hence the DVDs. I did 1RM calculations with Cathe’s STS and lifted much heavier than ever before with that program. I work out at home and have dumbbell sets from 3-40 pounds (all the normal increments, as well as micro-load gloves), a barbell set up to 160 pounds, chin up bar, pushup stands, bands, balls, steps, etc. I’m not opposed to buying a gym membership if necessary to achieve my goals and follow your plan. I typically workout 6 days a week for 1-1.5 hours and take an active rest (dog walking only) on the 7th day.

I do not believe my workout and diet plan are working because I’m still soft! If what I was doing (diet and exercise) was working I’d see some abs by now. Hell, it’s only been 4 years! ;) Honestly I don’t know if I’m not training properly or if my calories, macros or food choices are off. So many variables are at play and I just haven’t been able to dial in to the right combination. The only thing for sure that I’ve figured out is how to maintain a 10 pound weight range and keep from gaining the 60 pounds I lost in 2005 back.

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.comwould you say you would like your results to resemble?

Of course I like the results from the Team Poynter members! I think Charlotte Quillen, Heather Rawlins and Katelin Invernizzi would be the transformation stories that speak to me the most. They all look fantastic and I would be ecstatic to have results like theirs.

  13. I hope this is right, I apologize if this is the wrong place.

    1) Why do I think I should get a free plan? I have spent the last 5.5 years of my life getting into better shape from a starting point of 281 pounds. Since june of 2009, I finally broke through the 200lbs barrier and I am at 170lbs. Although I am sure I lost a good amount of muscle with the fat, I want to get into a clean program that will transform my life. Looking at the success stories, just seems what I have been looking for. A great program that will kick my ass into even better shape.

2)As stated in number 1, I have been on this journey of becoming healthier for almost 6 years, and not a minute goes by that I dont think of my body in some way that I can improve upon and I am extremely dedicated to my diet and the gym. Since joining the gym in June 2009, I have miss only a hand ful of days (less than 10).

3)Sorry if this seem repeatative, been training this round since june of 2009 (but been working on my body since may 2004), motivated due to the doctor thinking I might have diabetis (I do not thankfully) and that was my motivation. My current plan is mostly cardio and the limited knowledge of lifting to get a ground work (proper form, reps etc)and want to build on that to form a better me.

    4) Of all the transformations, I believe Jason Larson's is the one I like the most. Seeing him going from a body type much like mine to where he currently is at, is of great interest with how much he changed and would like to be of similar shape.

Thanks for the opportunity Steve and thank you for all the work you do to make people enjoy life more!

  14. 1.You must determine if I deserve the free workout plan, but I think it could really turn around my life. I graduated from college in the spring of 2008 and I was around 160 pounds. I have a good body structure to begin with, but I have never really been in the gym or lifted hard and there is a main reason for that which I will get to in a minute. I come from a heavy family on my mothers side, she is big, her sister is big, her child is big, and my grandmother is big. To be quite honest my biggest fear if life is becoming fat and I am well on my way to getting there. I am just over 200 pounds now and I am a 5'10 individual. I joined the gym 3 months ago with a 2 year contract and I was very high energy about getting my self into the gym and getting trim and cut. However I soon learned, and this is biggest problem, I have no idea what to do in the gym. I find myself getting in there and just walking around looking at all the machines saying to myself where do I go from here. So now basically my membership is just a donation every month because I am to afraid to go to the gym because I have no idea what the hell to do. My fiance is contently on me about getting in shape for our wedding coming up in June, but I have no idea how to do it. I am in the car sales business, and I feel that my success is not great right now because my confidence in myself is shot and that is all due to my appearance. I hate the individual I am turning into and I really want a change to happen, however I have no hope if I am left on my own. I just stumbled onto this training website this morning, and this plan in fact that you are offering was the one I was most interested in doing. However, with just graduating college and moving into a place of my own, I have not been able to get onto my feet and I am living pay check to pay check, so even though I really wanted to purchase this plan and get started and ready to make a change, I just can not afford it. So why do I think that I deserve this, THIS COULD CHANGE MY LIFE FOREVER. If I could learn how to eat healthy, how to life correctly, I would be that guy that I would want to be. I can not say this again, this could change my life. 2. I have never quit anything in my life. Right now I am working 70+ hours a week at a car dealership an hours drive from my house and going back to school at the university of phoenix to get my MBA. Why am I doing this because I love my family. My fiance and I moved to the Caribbean for a year to live after I graduated college and when we came back, it was in the middle of a recession, the only jobs available were in the car business and i figured that if I was going to be successful in this business I was going to have to go into the city and that I why I ended up working here. My point is I don't do this day in and day out for me I do it for us, because us is all I care about, and what I need at this point is something for me, something I can be passionate about and really drag me out of this constant depression I am living in. If I were given the opportunity I wouldn't get I would shine. There is no quit in me. 3.Again I have been attempting to train for a couple months now, but I can not get started. I know what the machines are and I know how the work, but as for a constant routine that I can get into, I do not know how to start one. This is exactly what I am looking for. 4. To be honest Steve, I was looking at your profile on bodybuilding.com and you are one of biggest motivators of your whole design. Your story is what got my attention to your website and what has kept my attention. How you started from 130 pounds and worked to where you are today, amazing motivation, and the team you built around yourself why you did it is great. I am starting out a little bit different then you are, you were as you described yourself skin and bones and I am over 200 pounds, but I would love to have the results that you have and the confidence and results that you give and have everyday. 15. 1. I deserve a free meal and work out plan becausse I just got hired as a cop and will be entering the police academy in the summer of 2010. I need to prepare myself mentally and physically for what is about to come.

    2. I am going to follow the plan for the entire 12 weeks and continue thereafter because I need to become healthy and stay healthy for my own well being and safety.

    3. I have been training for about 2 months now and the reason I don't think it's working is because I am not too familiar with gym equipment, excercises, etc. I try to eat healthy but I am not sure how much to eat and how often.

    4. Jeff Gabrielse. He is an average guy with a full time job. He is motivated me and I can't wait to get started.

    Thank you,

  16. 1. Why do you think you deserve to have a free plan from Fitnesspoynters.com?

-I have spent thousands of dollars in the past on in the gym trainers that couldn't motivate me to drop even 1lb, change my diet or help me build any lean muscle mass. Their guidance wasn't the push that I needed. I couldn't afford it and felt like it was such a waste of my time and money. I was not motivated and felt like I couldn't make the sacrifices to eat better or dedicate my time. I’ve tried taking weight loss pills only to put the weight back on x3 because I really didn’t change my habits and was only relying on a pill.

Today I have my gym buddy who I look up to and has PROVEN to me with her amazing results that dedication and even the slightest of sacrifice makes all the difference! I am sooo proud of her (GO KRYSTLE!!) Currently, I have little biceps peeping out, less chunkies hanging out and I am MOTIVATED. I have altered my diet ON MY OWN and follow a little bit of a routine, but am no guru. I have my own special nicknames for each muscle group but more and more I am able to identify the muscles by their proper name! I have never stuck to a routine for so long in my life, I have never wanted it as much as I do and have never dedicated myself as much as I have. I like seeing results and feeling my muscles forming, I enjoy the burn, I feed off of know that I can do 15 pull ups (albeit fully assisted) as opposed to 1.5 that I struggled to do before or that i can squeeze out 5 bicep curls with 30lb barbells with proper form and I can’t wait to see myself progress EVEN MORE. I enjoy the feeling of being aware of what I am eating and knowing that it is good healthy clean food and would like to learn to eat more balanced. I'm not a picky eater and grew up eating purely organic meals so I have a little awareness engrained in me. I love looking in the mirror as I do my cable hammer curls and being able to see that my lil tooshy is finally LIFTING!! Seeing results helps me stay aware and motivated!!

    2. Why I should believe you would follow the plan and not quit after 1 or 2 weeks?

-I have finally found my motivation and support. I am dedicated to doing what I can to build muscle and burn fat off my body. I have my pure whey isolate protein shakes and use the White Flood before I work out, and am much more active on my body space and make gym a priority over other things… these are things I would have never done before. I do have a hectic schedule. I am a single mom and work full-time to support myself and my 3 year old boy, but if you can work with me I will not let you down!!

    3. How long have you been currently training and why do you think your current plan may not be working for you?

-I have been training for the past 4 months, but I had to take a 3 week break when I tried for a second job. I quit my job and jumped back into my fitness!! Yes I need the few extra dollars, but it was not worth it. I was not happy, I missed the gym, I missed my son. Fitness is much more rewarding and allows me to spend the quality time with my son.

    4. Do you like the results you have saw from current Team Poynter members? Who from the testimonial page at http://www.fitnesspoynters.com would you say you would like your results to resemble?

-YES!! I definitely do not wanna be a female version of Arnold, but I would love to have a lean toned body. I was always naturally small in my frame, but never toned. If I had to choose one i would choose Guillermo. She is nice and toned without the major bulk.

PLEASE CHOOSE ME!!! I will not let you down!

  17. This is a post I(Steve Poynter) had to enter for a contestant:

I believe that I deserve a free plan from FitnessPoynters.com because I am very dedicated to getting into the best shape of my life. Its been very difficult though to shed the last 10 lbs., and I need an expert to help me. If your plan can get to where I need to be, then I will shout it out to the world and point everyone your way. ;)

You should believe that I will follow the plan 100% and not quit after 1-2 weeks because I am the most dedicated person I know. I am a motivator on several womens community blog sites. If I quit, then I would feel like I have failed the countless others who are looking to me for motivation and encouragement. I must stay focused and committed. (Just ask Steph who is one of your clients now and knows me.)

I have been training for nearly 25 years. I began when I was 17 and Im 41 now. When I begain training, it was mostly the good ole aerobics of the 80s with some small girly weights. Then I had some major medical issues during my mid-20s and this is also when I had my children. So, working out was on and off from my mid-20s to my mid-30s. I have been dedicated for the last several years. However, I just started my journey to heavy lifting about 1- years ago. It helped me to shed some fat, build some muscle, and get more confidence. I still need to lose about 10 pounds. I am currently at 18% body fat, and I would like to get to 12-14%. Why havent I been able to reach my goals? Im not exactly sure. I workout consistently, so I dont believe its that. I eat clean 80-90% of the time, so it could be that I need to clean it up more or maybe change my macronutrients or lower my calories??? Or, maybe I need to rest more???

I love the results from Team Poynter. Do I want to resemble any of the girls? Hmmm I would have to say that I believe my build is a bit different from the gals you have listed. However, I love the definition that Charlotte has yet I would like to have a smaller waist and thighs like Heather.

    1) I believe i deserve the free plan because i have been struggling to lose weight and i have recently just got back my inspiration to hit the gym. I lost my inspiration because last year on december 7th I lost my girlfriend in a major car accident, and after that i couldn't get back into the gym, because I literarily had no motivation until the past few months. Currently I am as motivated as i have ever been and I am in need of a major transformation.

    2. You should believe me that I will stay devoted to the program because I am extremely loyal and always honor my commitments, and I would not waste your time by having you read this if I wasn't 110% motivated and willing to see your plan through the entire time. Also, I couldn't handle letting someone down when they are giving me such a great thing for free.

    3. I have currently been training for about two and a half months and have been eating the best I have ever ate in my life. Also, i can tell that my routine isn't shedding the pounds nor am I seeing results. In the past few months I have literally only seen 3 pounds come off of my body, and I need a plan that will do more for me than what i have currently been doing. I believe my routine hasn't been working because I need more organization in my workout routine, and more strict guidelines to follow such as what you would be giving me.

4.I definitely love the results I have seen on www.fitnesspoynters.com and I would like my results to be like John. Wow what a transformation he made!!! I hope to see such a transformation like John has made in myself.
